JUNIORS 7-11
The Children's class consists of theater games and acting exercises, to spark the child's creativity and imagination. The program will help the student overcome any fear of performing in front of others and allow them to let go and enjoy the acting process.The acting exercises will train the child to concentrate and focus. The actor must be affected by what he or she hears. It is the difference between active listening and passive listening. The children will learn to feel comfortable relating and responding to each other. Above all, they will learn to let go and have fun!
Their life will be changed for the better. The program will delve into the different genres in film and television. The student will work on sitcom material, industrial films, commercials, television, comedies, dramas, and improvisation. The actors will be truthful in their scene work and will discover their own uniqueness. The ease and the confidence with which they will audition will prove the power of Divine 8 Acting.

TEENS 12-17
Learn cold reading, auditioning techniques, improv, scene study, character creation and life lessons. The actors will learn to prepare for auditions in front of casting agents, directors, and producers with amazing confidence and they will leave an indelible mark on their psyche - such a permanent impression that the casting directors will never forget them. The student will learn the difference in working on camera and working in front of a live audience. Scene Study will be a big part of the program. When the teen uses the improvisation technique, the students become more spontaneous in their work.
The actor will learn how to breakdown a script making it possible to understand the story line, character development, intentions of the characters, objectives, and what stand in the way of the actor accomplishing his or her goal. Utilizing Divine 8 Acting "Nothing but the Truth Acting System". The adult actors will work on script breakdown, analysis, character development and prepared scenes.
